Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping

Minimum 4 days – Maximum 7 business days

Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and starts from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days.

In some cases, delivery may take longer than 7 days due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or if the delivery address is in a remote location.

During sale periods and festivals, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote areas, additional shipping time and charges may apply.

International shipping is available to select countries. Please contact our customer service for more information about international shipping options and rates.

You can check if we deliver to your area by entering your PIN code during checkout before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order status by:

  • Logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section
  • Using the tracking link provided in the dispatch email
  • Contacting our customer service with your order number

Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • The product must not be damaged or altered in any way
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
  • Intimate wear, jewelry, and accessories are not returnable due to hygiene reasons

Please note that we reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return
  3. Click on "Return Item" and follow the instructions
  4. Select a reason for your return
  5. Choose your preferred refund method
  6. Print the return shipping label (if applicable)
  7. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  8. Attach the return shipping label to the package
  9. Drop off the package at the nearest courier partner location or schedule a pickup

Alternatively, you can contact our customer service to assist you with the return process.

We recommend taking photos of the item before returning it to document its condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund according to your chosen method:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds to credit/debit cards or UPI typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account after processing.
  • Store Credit: Store credits are issued immediately after return approval and can be used for future purchases.
  • Bank Transfer: Refunds via bank transfer typically take 7-10 business days to process.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

You will receive email notifications at each step of the refund process to keep you informed.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This approach ensures faster processing and allows you to secure the new item before your return is processed.

If the item you want is low in stock, we recommend placing the new order before returning the original item to ensure availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or defect

For damaged or defective items, we offer the following solutions:

  • Full refund including shipping charges
  • Replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
  • Store credit with an additional 10% bonus

We prioritize claims for damaged or defective items and aim to resolve them within 3-5 business days.
